In the first half of the year, furen electric had a busy production schedule, producing 603 non-standard boxes, 60 high-voltage cabinets, 286 low-pressure boxes, 5 box transformers, 23 sets of table boxes for 6 and 5 households. Among them, we undertook the sanfangxiang engineering project with the largest single contract amount, high technical content and strict technological requirements since the establishment of the company. As many components in the project were encountered for the first time, many problems were found in the whole production process according to the original internal management system of the company. For this reason, the production department pays close attention to the internal management in the aspect of assembly quality and process specification, and on the basis of the original system of the production department, it has added "workshop safety production specification", "workshop safety officer responsibility" and "process assembly quality evaluation form". At the same time, the leader of the company also required the quality inspection department to comprehensively improve their own quality through this project, improve the information provided to the customer, so that the customer is not only satisfied with the quality of our company's products, but also let the customer to our company's documents and materials to look at with new eyes, comparable with the international famous electrical companies.
