In order to give full play to the largest role of each department and each workshop in the machinery factory and to provide a bigger platform for the development of technology, sheet metal and agricultural machinery, the company follows the principle of Nuclear fission & throughout; To & other; Fusion & throughout; Starting from the principle of generating huge energy, the six administrative departments and eight workshops of the machinery parts factory were readjustedto set up five business units, namely, development business unit, sheet metal business unit, agricultural machinery business unit, financial business unit, and enterprise management business unit.
