In the specific work, the management consciously undertakes the process equipment of instrument control and automatic assembly line, so that the staff can accumulate experience in practice, especially the training of the test of 10KV transformer and distribution system and the relay protection debugging. Furen electric power has always been actively supporting the staff to study again, further study, those who get the certificate will reimburse the tuition fees, for the staff to create a favorable learning atmosphere, guide the staff's learning thinking ability, encourage the staff to be aggressive, cultivate their spirit of striving, never give up the fight.
