A similar frame project already took a lot of time and manpower to implement, but this time the three projects are going on at the same time, which is a big test for the heavy industry because the customer has only given it four months. Short four months, the difficulty of three projects, heavy industry to do is “ It's a race against time. . And not just speed, but mass. Therefore, after receiving the implementation instructions of the new project, the heavy industry technology department, quality department, production department held a joint meeting to discuss, in the shortest time to set up three project teams, recruited the members of each department and arranged the work of each team as the coordination department. At present, the drawings of the three projects have been basically completed, the preliminary process design has been completed, and part of the assembly point tooling has been designed. Next, the technical department will complete the tooling design as soon as planned to allow sufficient time for production. Considering the uncertainties that may occur in the actual production process, the technical department is also ready to adjust the tooling design. The project is progressing smoothly, thanks to the joint efforts of various departments, the project team will continue to maintain high morale, serious attitude, to ensure the successful completion of the project!
